facilitation training with the institute of cultural affairs

hello my name is rob
monday and tuesday of this week i went on ica top facilitation methods training at the new school. and it was life-changing. what i already knew/reconfirmed (but had forgotten): it's so not about me. facilitation is about inclusive participation (all voices heard, no perspectives dominate) and profound respect (everyone's honored and trusted to do the work they have set out to do).
