back in november i was invited by the very nice people at nodeone to present at drupalcamp stockholm, which was awesome. i'd never been to sweden before, frankie came with me, and the conference itself was on a boat.
i gave two presentations, one on moving the economist online to drupal, and another on using scrum to manage drupal projects — the video above is of the latter, and it's worth watching the first few minutes if only to hear josh koenig's short-blast guffaw at my attempt at an ice-breaking joke. he was the only one who laughed. i think there were more than 200 people there.
