about a year or so ago my colleague ron diorio pointed me to the video above and then recently i met a new friend here in new york who studies improv at the pit. long story short: i've signed up for level 1 intro to improv and begin classes next week. i'm absolutely terrified but hope i'll learn to be more open to new ideas and able to pass on techniques to help my co-workers be more open too :)
